Please note that you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment including the details of the appointment. Our discovery calls are done as VIRTUAL Video Consults. You can call into it, but we will be available face to face. This is a 15 minute call to go over your history form. That is emailed to you as well and needs to be completed at least 12 hours prior to our appointment.

This prevents us from charging for a consultation and allows us to maximize our time together, know if you need to go to the vet first, or are best suited by another professional we can refer you to.
